END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and GeometriSatu ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EduProject ("Game"), You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the Game, except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Use the Game to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE

By using the Game, You acknowledge and agree that Company may collect, store, and process activity data, including but not limited to:

• Gameplay behavior and interactions
• In-game purchases and rewards usage
• Device information (such as operating system and hardware identifiers)
• IP address and geolocation data (if applicable)

Purpose of Data Collection:

• To improve gameplay experience and optimize performance.
• To provide personalized content and recommendations.
• To monitor and analyze user engagement and game mechanics.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activities.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Game may include third-party analytics and advertising services that collect data for their respective purposes. Your use of such services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and Your access to the Game if You fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Company does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Game.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
